How wonderful ! I’m in a tiny town in southwest Australia and would love to do this while our town has its big Open Studios event and bursts with visitors galore ! Do you have a date you stop accepting images?

Wendy may answer this later, but from how I read it, there’s no end date.

“And if (when!) you host a DrawTogether Strangers public experience, please remember to share images (send to studio@wendymacnaughton.com), and tag #DrawTogetherStrangers on social media posts so we can keep the momentum going and the project growing, and keep track of its impact.”

So do it! And share so we know how it went!

hi! go for it!! can't wait to see how it goes. AT this point it's an open window. As the tour and larger project shapes up I'll put deadlines on things ,but for now, it's open ended. :)

I love this! Have you done it with groups that know each other already? If so, is it different?

yes! and it's wonderful to look closely at people we think we've seen (but really haven't Seeeeen.) I did a piece in the NYT about it. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/05/22/arts/wendy-macnaughton-diary-project.html

Bravo, Wendy! The NGA did a great job of capturing the essence of your brainchild. I loved seeing not only the drawings, but the reactions of the participants. Beautiful!

Got me thinking that an RV park might be a great place to host! I've got Covid right now. When I'm through I want to give it a try.
