An audio drawing class? Yup, you heard right.
We just did this first podcast in my 3rd grade class. One student commented after that she had walked in feeling sad that she had missed many days of school and was missing her friends, but that after doing the drawings she felt so much better! Thanks so much for creating and sharing this experience with us.
Yes, please. This was beautiful.
this was a delightful exercise, thank you!
Ready-made, bite sized project to help my son and i decompress and connect after school/work. Loved it !!
Great morning mood boost!
Thank you for this. It's lovely. The music is perfect! I look forward to more. <3
Thank you Wendy. I love this, it was simple and relaxing. I hope you make more - it was wonderful xxxx
This was lovely. I hope you do many more of these audio bits. 5 minutes even a few times a week is just perfect. Simple. But a treat. Thank you.
Thanks for the recording 💝 this is mabel
More! More! More! I felt scattered and edgy when I sat down. After, I felt much calmer. Duh! But, it was an excellent reminder of why draw. When I was an elementary school teacher, I would have students draw immediately after coming in from recess! This helped everyone calm down. Sadly, administrators did not see the value of this practice and told me to stop. So, I hope that somehow this message gets to more educators and administrators.
This left me feeling happy. I have shared this with my teacher friends to share with their students.
We had so much fun!!! Listened to it three times and did 3 dandelions each... best parent-kid activity EVAH 😊
Delightful podcast. Using our minds eye.
Yup- this, like everything you do is spot on! I’m an art therapist and I’ve ear marked this to share with my clients for self-care outside of our sessions for when they are feeling stuck!.
